Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return or replacement policy, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be shipped back to our warehouse (with a valid tracking number).

  • You’ll need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities are not eligible for a refund — only items returned directly to our warehouses qualify.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the product doesn’t fit or work properly, contact us within 30 days after receiving your order for a free replacement, which is faster and more cost-effective than a return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
After this period, the order is already processed in our system and cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
